Joselk1
Hello….I did a quick search of the forum to see if anyone had any recommendations for which motor mounts they’ve used but I didn’t find much. Any suggestions?
MC1of80
For stock I have used the Lakewood mounts and for Big Red and my son's pro street 70 we went with the pricey Chris Alston chassisworks mounts for Chevelle's. Just about unbreakable. Top pic is the steel frame mount and the aluminum top mount. Only option when I purchased them in 2018. Bottom pic is of my son's 70 pro street monte frame mounts. Now they offer the top portion in steel. You do have to use the left frame mount on the right and the right on the left and redrill a few holes.
Michael Boyte
We too went with the Chris Alston motor mounts ! As stated, just about unbreakable and I love the clean look.
