Marks71
The Monte is in the 20+30 Forgotten also. The Tokyo drift Monte is in the 20.
Rob Peters
In the link below the 70 Monte Carlo SS is the number 2. I don't think this is the same one you were trying to link to rob https://www.topspeed.com/forgotten-american-muscle-cars-every-enthusiast-should-know/
Scott S.
Hey Rob... No, the one I was trying to load is a collection of video clips highlighting the "bridesmaids" to popular hot rods. The Monte SS was number 5 or 6. Just thought it was cool to see our cars making the cut.

Not sure what I feel about them listing the AMX as #1 though. rob
Marks71
I noticed they used LS6 specs for the 454.
Chevy Dave
The whole article is a joke with many inaccuracies. As most of you know, their was never an LS6 Monte Carlo ever built. I

Some may have heard of Tim Pestinger's '70 SS 454 with a genuine LS6 that was installed by Dick Harrell upon delivery. This Monte is just one of the unique muscle cars in Tim's collection in my home town of Salina, Kansas. It is NOT for sale (ask me how I know)!
