robs70monte Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 I got back to work today on my truck i dropped the distributor in it at 10* before top dead center a tried to start her up and at first it tried but all i get is popping and some flames out the headers and carb i tried turning the dizzy while i cranked it and nothing im not 180 off im on the compression stroke what gives details chevy 350 old school points has good spark 268h cam installed at 2* retarded for top end(CAM HAS 4*advanced built in) has a old school cast iron hi rise intake headers a 750 q jet off a buick 350 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought it had a "Correct-a-cap" type cap... Nope... On the even side yes,,, The odd side is 3-1-5. Couldn't figure out why the stupid thing was missing so bad.
