  2. Here you go, Bryan. There are many more pages in the '70 Factory Assembly Manual regarding the exhaust system, but these three pages include the Monte Carlo so the rest is just confusing Chevelle stuff. One of these pages shows the locating dimensions for the resonator and chrome SS tip. One shows how the resonator assembly is attached and one shows the turned down tailpipe tips location relative to the bumper. Hope this is useful. Good luck.

Dump water, rinse bucket & towel well. repeat about 300 times actually finished sanding today. Polishing tomorrow. Then bumpers, chrome & mirrors etc

  4. I don’t blame you a bit. Great looking cars. I know a guy that has an 83 SS with 3100 miles on it. He keeps talking about selling it but he won’t ever let it go. Has not moved in 15 years. Started probably 5 times at most. I bet you wish you still had the aerocoupe. Have you looked at the price of them lately? WOW.

  5. After popping an "aged" factory brake line, I went with steel braided hoses. Found it gave the pedal a touch stiffer feel. Definitely would recommend them.
