I thought back in the day some hot Rodgers had a push button hidden somewhere, just curious. My DD has remote power locks, but still has a key option on the drivers door. I never lock the vert, they just slash the top for an added expense 🙃

I never messed with mine, I checked all my engine bay pic's but nothing past the top of the jug as far as wiring 🙃

pricey is an understatement 🤣 And how do you lock your doors? My Cougar has what I'll call semi-ish shaved handles

Like Smurf I was taken back by the new format, but assumed it was to enhance the changes. I like the recents layout , as I usually scroll (MAC) through the page just checking for latest posts it works for me at the top.

Just my .02 on the membership........And like you all my Monte money goes towards getting better at the track. The membership fees help keep this forum running, so people less knowledgable like me can get help from people like you and other members that have been there done that. Ive gotten more than ive given so I feel very lucky to have run across a group like the people here.

I was going to bring up the tail light and the possible sag on the driver side if I ran across him. There were only 3 first gens there when I had my Monte there, mine, the one pictured from yesterday, and another one. There were still stragglers rolling in at 130 when I left, but didnt see any Monte's in the traffic. But on a good note didnt see any Fiero's 🤣

Nice show as usual, probably our biggest in the county all year. I was able to take the hoodie off around noon, still had on another sweatshirt🤣 Sheriffs office didnt show up with the K9, Helo, or SWAT vehicle this year tho 🙃 I met the owner a few years ago when I had my Monte at the same show, tried hunting him down but no luck , but I did leave a FGMCC business card on his console. His was the only first gen there today Local paper said there were over 1000 cars there today 😁

Getting ready to head out and check out the cars , darn its cold out (high 40's) I know there's at least one first gen there, my buddy sent me this ....

Don't know if mines 'original", I know the decal isnt correct 🤣 when the PO had mine OPGI didnt have the correct decals or correct turn signal lenses, luckily he changed the lenses before I bought it.

Ron, are you saying the current air cleaner won't fit after the HEI upgrade? Do you still have the quadrajet ? I don't know if mine was "correct" for my 70 but this is how I got it, and yes HEI with a quadrajet.
