Hey guys I had my transmission rebuild to handle 600HP and it has a 10" converter with a 2800 stall. I am getting ready to install it soon. Any recommendations on transmission fluid? Just curious. Thanks!

Very interesting in regards to the the foundation pour. I've never seen it done like that before. Different methods I guess depending on what part or region of the country you live in. It looks pretty awesome though!

Monte Carlo SS with Chevelle Stripes?

I was just looking online at some pictures and I have to agree. Doesn't look like something that I would do. -
Has anybody ever seen a Monte Carlo with Chevelle stripes? I'm kicking some ideas around..

The tube is fine it's just not all shiny like my newly rebuilt transmission. I'll probably just clean it up.

The dipstick itself. I used to have that issue with a truck I had years ago. It would blow out and spray fluid all over the engine.

You bring up a good question. My 71 SS has a three core radiator as well. I've heard that non A/C cars had a three core but my car is an A/C car.. I am guessing that maybe ours got swapped over the years? -
Also have you ever had any issues with your dip stick blowing out and spraying fluid all over your engine? I had a 78 step side that used to do that once in a while..

My transmission just got rebuilt and they reused my old dipstick tube. Would there be any issues if I pull it out and reinstall a new tube? I would hate to encounter any leaks..
