power booster removal

when removing the power brake booster ,will the brake fluid leak out and will the brakes have to be bled out and new brake fluid installed ,thanks

No, master cylinder is separate.

If you do see any fluid when removing the master, it's an indication the seals are bad.

As long as you don't remove the lines from master nothing will leak out. If you do replace the master make sure to bench bleed it before putting it back on. You will probably have to bleed the system but I have gotten lucky before and didn't have to bleed the system out.

If you sent your original to them, and they are going to restore it and send it back let me know what the total bill is. I’d like to put the original one back on the 71 and possibly do that to the 70. Thanks.
