I use one for a 3rd gen F-body. It fits the inner fender pretty well.

Might be as simple as leaky intake gaskets.

It doesn't look all that bad, I wouldn't have redone either but the back seat cover was essentially turning to dust and the package tray was warped, peeling and just flat nasty. The rest of the upholstery is in ok shape. Like I said, it will all get redone after it gets painted. I really don't like the interior color, not a fan of earth tones. If I keep the paint orange I'll go black or charcoal and if I paint it blue like I really want I'll go red.

Got the back seat recovered to match the fronts and a new package tray. I know they are a little off color-wise but depending on the color the car gets painted will determine the final interior color.

I got my first one back in June but was excused for medical reasons.

I'd go with a Red Head Steering Gears box. They are a bit stiffer feeling, like a modern car and have a quicker ratio. https://redheadsteeringgears.com/

The buckets have the chrome backing for the reflector coming off really bad but the lenses are fine.

Which model is it?

Took mine to it's first show and met up with a couple other Monte owners.

Made room for the Tremec TKO600. Just have to clean up the welds, paint it and seam seal it. I'll do the clean up work on he bottom after the TH350 comes out.

9 years now.

I started cutting and welding on the trans tunnel to make room for the TKO600 that's going in.

I did some maintenance to get ready for cruising season.

I really want to see it when it's done

Hydroboost, never have to worry about having enough vacuum to operate brakes again.

Doesn't matter who does the haft time show, the network is going to make it to a ridiculous spectacle.

Wheels back from the powdercoater and tires back on. Love polished aluminum but hate polishing. They'll go back on after I get some other work done.

3rd gen F-body coolant bottle works well too. It sits really nice on the forward side of the passenger inner fender.

I'm interested dependent on ease of installation.

As cool as I thought it looked when I was a kid, I'm glad it's pretty much a dead trend.
