  1. The a/c wiring for the 70 is different from the 71 which is different from the 72. Each year they (the factory) did it differently.
  2. I agree with Joe, no relay.
  3. Welcome William! Looks like a great, dirty find! Can't wait to see it cleaned up. What's the color combo?
  4. Lol I was working alone. Kevin went to work Friday night and didn't come home it'll Sunday mid morning and Thomas, whose car it is was at a weekend bachelor shindig in PA. Lol
  5. Hello all! ALOT of little work done. Horn relay wired and mounted, grounds to radiator support installed, dashboard disassembled and washed, modified radiator top plate sandblasted, primed and sanded 2x to remove some rust pits. New Trunk lock installed and trunk adjusted, passenger door lock assy also swapped. So we will have 2 keys instead of 4 for the car. Lol driver's door lock not done yet due to lack of room to open the door fully in the garage. Lol. Some pics....
  6. See! It's an evil, evil addiction!!!!! 😂🤪🤣
  7. Are you sure? Hmmm I know you're right, BUT never hurts to ask. Lololol
  8. Hi Don. What are SS options?? Any pics? Description? Price?
  9. Welcome Paul! Looks like she has good bones to start with. A little finesse and you'll be driving the tires off of her.
  10. Started this project last week before all the rain. Unfortunately when I painted the console and lid, there was tooooo much humidity and fogged the paint. I knew better and tried anyway. I polished all the trim, hinge, cleaned all parts while I waited for better weather. Well today was better weather! Lol. Repainted the console and reassembled everything and installed the wiring harness correctly. Started to disassemble the shifter, clean and paint. Pic of shifter is before disassembly, cleaning and painting.
  11. You have to remove the door panels (door cards?) Then remove the 2 -3/8 bolts that hold the door handles on. Not easy but not hard either to get to. Smaller hands help.
  12. Yes "we" are. Those of us with "in stock" parts. 😂😂😂
  13. Not a problem Dennis. Glad I could help. I certainly hear ya about all the small stuff. Lol after your done, you can come here and do the same with all our small "in stock" stuff. If you like. 😂😂😂
  14. You are very welcome and it's on its way to you!
  15. Ok, did a little looking. Have a few NOS pieces that I believe you said you don't want. I also found this driver's side, used but straight, needs a cleaning one with 2 original clips. Pm me if you are interested.
  16. Sorry to inform you of this but, that transmission doesn't have a long life left. And I'm sorry, there is no way the fluid was cherry red. Maybe slightly reddish at best. Way too much material in the bottom of the pan and trans fluid acts like a detergent.
  17. I will probably let you know Monday or Tuesday on the trim piece. I have to go to the "northern warehouse" to get a console and shifter assy for my son's pro street Monte that is "in stock". Lol
  18. There is a dimple on the trans tunnel where to drill the cable hole. There are also brackets for the bucket seats that get welded to the floor. Here is a pic of my 4speed used floor with the 4speed hump, bucket seats and console brackets installed.
  19. Happy Labor Day to one and all!! Enjoy and be safe!
