  1. Good for you Glen! Now you have to decide which one to take to Carlisle this year...right? 😁 Not to worry about storage, I have a space for one of them here if you need it 🤣.
  2. My lines/parts came from Original Air Group. I routed the line below the battery as it seemed to fit best that way. I seem to recall the hard line needed to be tweaked/bent a little bit to fit better.
  3. I cut some of the grass yesterday too. Then put the snow tires back on the car and went to work. 😩
  4. Started snowing here around 5 PM. Sick of it.
  5. I've had to plow snow in May before. Drove to Easter dinner at my cousin's, salt all over the roads. Gonna need a whole new batch of rainstorms to clean it all away.
  6. That's what I thought too. Luckily the sun is up and it's going away. Didn't see any salt trucks.
  7. Woke up to this. You've got to be sh!tt!ng me..... I don't see salt trucks....yet.
  8. Happy Easter! I'm supposed to start working nights tomorrow, but I don't see that happening, 😁.
  9. Ebay I think, in my case. There was a short movie on a CD too. More of a novelty in reality. Not a whole lot of secret information, but something to look at nonetheless.

    New Guy Here

Thanks Glen, I can't wait for it to be finished too 😁! These 2 are really good dogs for the most part. After 3 years, they still have some puppy in them and eat things they're not supposed to, but wouldn't trade them for anything.

    New Guy Here

Still not happening. Was planning to jump in now after 10 hours in the shop, but it's so damned windy out right now, I'm not going in either. Not happy.

    New Guy Here

Just what I need, black dog hair floating around, lol
  13. That one's gonna hurt the bank account to restore...

    New Guy Here

Now the other one jumped in as well. It's real windy out and they're sticking to me like glue. Starting to wonder if they know something I don't right now....

    New Guy Here

Got the main harness in the dash, wired up the rear harness too. Trying to get the wires to the Dakota Digital module wired up but the dog has other plans apparently.... The ECM, D/D module & the D/D EFI interface are mounted to the HVAC box, tucked up nice & safe.

    Seat upgrades

Jeff, I don't think they sit any higher than stock. I do have the 4-way power seat though, but from all appearances it seems to be the same height as stock. The main differences I could see are the side bolsters on the bottom and back. Everything was replaced as far as foam, seat covers, etc. but the existing frame, springs and hard parts were re-used. They are pretty comfortable, but I haven't taken any long trips with the car.
  17. I've done the same for my older GM cars.
  18. You're welcome. They have just about any fastener you'll need to put your car back together. The silver ones that Tom posted are correct for the grill mounting, along the top as soon as you open the hood. You specified black only in your original post, which led me to believe maybe you had a blacked out grill, or something like that.
  19. Any pictures of it installed?
  20. Look at AMK products. They have all sorts of factory hardware, also available in master kits if you're restoring large parts of the car. They have .pdf and online catalogs on their site. Look in the bulk to start, I-kits and Master. https://www.amkproducts.com/ https://www.amkproducts.com/bulk-fasteners-listing/?codeforlookup=7314
  21. I have a brand new booster & a new master with about 10 miles on it if you decide that's the way you want to go. Booster is a 'Right Stuff' brand with the 'Delco Morraine' stamp & the master is from NAPA. I crossed over to 4 wheel discs shortly after building my 72 & this stuff wasn't needed after that.
  22. When I had issues with the 3 AMD rear bumpers, all the people at Summit couldn't have been more helpful. Couple of other issues along the way, some of them my fault when ordering, and again, they always took care of any problems immediately and usually with no added shipping charges, etc.
  23. Sort of defeats the purpose of a brake hone then, lol. That being said, new is the way to go unless you're looking for 100% originality. In that case, a stainless sleeve would probably be my choice.
