HUGE KUDOS to Summit Raceway Park for all the love they gave us over the PA system. Everyone there KNEW the First Gens had arrived !!! Bill Bader talked to me at the end and would love to have us back someday in the future and will always be willing to work with us. He appreciated us being there. And Super Chevy Magazine cannot ignore us - we took over the show field!!

Dave we're bummed we didn't get a chance to say good-bye to you, Bonnie, Carl, Michael or Ann! Greg is doing better.....but wiped out!

No thanks is necessary - as always we feel blessed to have you as our friends & love the time we spend together with our FGMCC Family! I only wish it could be more often!!!! We are home and are in awe of the weekend! Hats off to all who were there & everyone who contributed to make it the great time it was!!!!!

linky here we are in photos on the super chevy mag site...from day 1 at the show- they start with pics of a few of our cars in the 4th row! 3 of my car, then 5th row is Mike Herno's car and then onto Eli Brown's orange car!!!!I just woke up Greg at 230 am to show him my car!! WAY COOL!!!!

There were no bikini's at the pool bar but Lisa and I along with Will Coddington & his brother spent a mere 3 1/2 hours in the pool bar drinking .... it was awesome! Mitzi arrived with many photo baords of Robyn thru his life & was asking for Sam. I explained the painting situation but she was really wanting to see you. Drag racing (I hear) went well as did the cruise in. Greg took lots of pics of drag racing which I will post once I get home. Right now, Ronnie Bryan, Phillip May & Jack Cooper are out on a rescue mission. Eli Brown (from southern Ohio) called me with a "call for help". He hit a pot hole and blew his tire & damaged his wheel. He has special wheels on his car so they had to go & find him with Jack's trailer to load up his monte & get him back to the hotel. Poor guy has had a very rough time trying to make it to the meet from southern Ohio. He got lost & had to stop & buy a GPS. Sure hope the weekend gets better for him! And its only just after midnight! Well, after many amaretto sours, I am calling it a night. Wish you were here!

Right now a group - Carl, Dave, Bill, Mike and Bryan Palmer and Greg (w/o Queenie) are at Dragway 42. Others are at a cruise in. I am headed to the pool bar inside the waterpark with Bill's fiance. We do not just sit & eat & sit and bs we drink, too!

Funny, I ran across this & was telling Greg about it ( silly me thinking I was going to tell him something car related he did not know! ). Anyhow, he bought it a few years back & said it did not work. Maybe they improved it or something but he would not waste his money again.

Well, it's about time more people have this problem except for just me . When it is me I cannot access from my laptop or from my desktop.

It is not meant literally. They mean "Call" as in visit during the specified hours. I remember seeing pics of him & his brothers fishing....and the posts bragging about his daughter(s) - & showing us his own daughters art talents.....tomorrow is going to be a tough day for them all. Sending the entire family strength & peace as they grieve & try to accept this loss.

Robyn & Mitzi were to be celebrating their 30th Wedding Anniversary this upcoming October 11th

Hard to type through tears - I cannot believe he did not pull through......God Speed Robyn. I am honored to have known you here on the site & via the phone - I wish we could have met in person. You will never be forgotten. Mitzi and family - you remain in our prayers during this terrible time. RIP my friend.

Won't stop praying until he is here posting! Hang in there Mitzi!

I do not believe there is any true way of knowing how many of a particular color were built........ You should try & make it to this years Eastern Meet in Norwalk/Sandusky Ohio in June - looking forward to seeing pics of your "new" Monte! And early Congrats on getting that degree!

INCREDIBLY COOL - 28 members attending the Western Meet!!! Way to go!!!! We only have 9 officially registered for the Eastern Meet and ours is only 96 days away!
