Presamax
Just wanted some input. I'm planning on painting my '70 in a few months. What do you think of doing Yenko striping without the words or Yenko abbreviations? Thanks.
Rob Peters
Really, it doesn't matter what anyone thinls, it is your car and you should build (including paint) the way you want. That is the point of a "Modified" car isn't it? rob
7tonemonte
Your car do what you like! I always liked the yenko stripes and the Baldwin Motion ones also!
cny first gen 71
Its yours if someone else dont like to bad for them, your not building it for them.
daberry
I actually saw a Yenko Monte Carlo back in the early 90's. It was trashed, no motor or front end but had the YS serial number on the door jam and Yenko headrest covers. Seems like it was a 70 model. Rob Peters
It would have been a clone because to the best of my knowledge Yenko never did a Monte. Rob
dbreese
IIRC they did do a Baldwin Motion Monte, or was I dreaming? LOL I think they yenko stripes would look good. Your car, ya do what you appeals to you. David

daberry
Only Don knows if he did a Monte may he rest in peace and I rather doubt anyone had clones on their brain in 1991. It was pretty clearly an old car.

It was pretty clearly an old car. I don't remember where I saw the listing of all of the cars Yenko did but the list was done by Yenko. I looked it over and there was not a First Gen Monte on the list. Rob
