Gears, posi unit, install kit with bearings, differential fluid, posi additive (if not using a trutrac) ,money, someone to set it all up correctly.

Not to question your choice, changed my 2.56 to 3.42, was determined I wanted 3.73 but the shop that did it told me every past customer he had put 3.73s in were not happy. I am glad I went with his recommendation,  huge difference on take off and still able to cruise at 70 mph.

Even better if you switch to an overdrive transmission..... ;)

If going this route, I suggest you get new bearings , seals also. Are you going to give it a try or find someone to set it up for you? I have a Yukon Posi-traction unit in mine. I also upgraded to Moser Street axles.
