  1. It’s crazy that my car has basically no options, but has the belt line molding. Never understood why some people checked off the boxes they did back in the day! 🤣
  2. I’ve been trying for a very long time to log in from my computer, can’t remember my password apparently. I’ve also clicked on “forgot my password “ several times and I don’t get an email back. I have checked the spam folder also. I’m still logged in on my phone apparently but I never come here on that because it’s just too hard to read and follow topics. Can Anyone help me out here? I haven’t read or posted anything in a very long time on the forums
  3. I have used them for a lot of stuff on my car. Very sad

    Thanks

Good news Rob. Take it easy and we hope you have a full recovery
  6. Jim and Linda, I am so sorry to see this. Nothing can be said other than you and your family are in our thoughts.
  7. Roger, I put Lucas injector and fuel system cleaner in all my vehicles occasionally. Seems to do well with the daily drivers. I don’t notice much with the Monte but I still add it
  8. Sorry to see this Ryan. It’s never easy to lose a pet, they are really part of the family
  9. Interesting. Never heard this suggestion
  10. I’m going to replace the warning switch only in my proportioning valve, and have what is probably a stupid question. If I open the master cylinder lid, and remove the old switch, and quickly replace it with the new one, as long as fluid is coming out of the valve, theoretically I should not have to bleed the brakes correct? including a picture of the valve, it does have an o-ring on it so I assume it makes contact with the fluid and could let air in. has anyone ever replaced just the switch?
  11. You saw that? Got them off fellow member Larry Gilbert years ago, I finally put them on
  12. I installed a wet of ViKing Warrior double adjustable coil overs on my car. Almost happy with the ride height then I can start toying with the adjustable compression and rebound settings. As of now they are set at the lower level of the handling settings, and it’s a very noticeable difference. can’t wait to really lay into it and see! more than happy with the stance as of now. I did come up about 1” from these pictures
  13. I guess it depends on which manufacturer you use. I just installed Vikings and they had no plastic cushions anywhere. I did get a metal plate off of UMI they had made to reinforce the stock lower arm. It worked awesome. are you using factory A arms?
  14. Yes, Thanks. I will be messing around more today with it
  15. In the air. Mostly an issue getting the spanner in there
  16. I’d take a 4 door wagon also, but a 2 door would be perfect
  17. I just put Viking coilovers on the front of mine tonight and the smooth body Viking Warrior double adjustable on the rear. Are the front ones on anyone else’s car next to impossible to adjust the ride height on? So hard to get any turn on the spanner wrench unless I am doing something wrong.
  18. Great pictures Bob, thanks for adding them!
  19. I have to admit the stock engines here look spectacular!
  20. I never put the straps back on my car when I redid the interior. Kinda like it that way
  21. I hooked a test light to positive terminal and probed switch, light came on which would indicate bad switch. As the switch is just basically a ground. Then the test light went out, and when I plugged wire back in dash light went out. I did order a switch from Right Stuff, if it comes back on I will replace the switch. I was glad that was replaceable without doing the whole block. Thanks for the help, I will post any updates as soon as I get the new part. not sure why the light went out now, but I’ll keep an eye on it.
  22. Would this light just trip without me messing with brakes or bleeding or anything? I suppose the valve could just go bad and trip the light,? No leaks anywhere that I can see, I’ll try to hit a parking lot tomorrow and see if all 4 wheels are applying pressure
  23. Thanks for that Joe. Definitely something I’ll need to do
