    I agree with Dennis and Tom, if it's a numbers matching SS, I would keep the car color correct. Just my opinion for what it's worth. Good luck with the car.

    It is a small mod but sure helps popping the hood up. I'm glad it worked for you. I had to soak the latch for a day or so to get the pin to unscrew

    I just carefully took it apart, cleaned all the parts. Made a new gasket and resealed and reassembled it

    You should be able to unbolt the master cylinder and carefully get the booster out and bolt the master cylinder bolted back on. I haven't done it but I think I read somewhere it could be done. Someone please confirm
