    Mine has 245 60 15 BFG's, 3.42 gears and the TH400. By the GPS at 70 the tach says 3200rpm

    Had to go to work on my day off yesterday so I drove the 71. It ran great and everyone asked about it sitting out front of the office. Don't get that with the 05. Lol just wish it had overdrive. 3200 at 70 sucks gas!

    I have done a small block in my sons truck in a afternoon. It is not that hard life you take your time. Use the felpro one piece pan gasket.

    I used Classic Auto air and it was the same kit a the chevelle except I lived by them and had them make the final lines as they are longer and I moved the compressor to the passengers side.

    Carl it is because the server that we send mail from is a shared server and it has gotten listed as a bad server again. I am working with tech support to fix it.....

    Just used that gasket on my sons 84 Chevy pickup. I always use the felpro one piece gaskets. Do yourself a favor and get the rear main seal too. All you have to do is un-bolt the oil pump and rear main cap, fish out the seal and re-torque the cap and oil pump.     Finally took mine out of the trailer put some fresh gas in her and took it for a couple rides. One to drop my daughter off at a friends and one to take my son to the mower store to get parts for his latest small engine he found at a pawn shop. Big Block burnouts are fun.
