Pretty bizarre the studios picked such a rare car. At first I thought maybe Puerto Rico was like Cuba with a lot of older American iron. Not the case, apparently Toyota Corolla is a number 1 seller. They also have quite a car culture there.

Still having trouble with a wire getting hot on the compressor switch on the housing.It is the wire that is tan/light green.But the 2 relays on top of the glove box are causing me trouble.I have jumped themm before but now I can't get the compressor to kick in.If I plug both in sometimes it will engage with the key on and not the a/c control.1 is the anti dieseling .I tried to jump the tan wire with the light blue but the compressor will not engage.This is about to drive me crazy,Thanks for any help

Yeah, that would be a hard one to pin down considering rad size, displacement, idle speed and clutch/spring settings.....

I think Shorty has the best idea for that...... On his show he invites all his buddies over for a BBQ and "block party". Many hands make light work.

I'm cleaning up the fenders and the area for the marker light is tweaked from the previous owners. I'm guessing that the area should be fairly flat across and it should continue to taper downward? My trim is no good for lining it up, but the bottom of the light sticks out a bit.

Any of you fellas know the CFM of the stock 7-blade clutch fan at idle? Not surprising that I'm finding many different answers online.

Any members here own one? There was a guy in the North Detroit area who I believe made 2 or 3 prior to his passing. I did see his son, 2 or 3 years ago driving it at the Woodward Dream Cruise. I believe it was light blue. I will keep looking! I have a picture from car show many years ago. It may have been Ohio.
