  1. so looking forward to it. as soon as I lick this cancer my wife said I can come to our meets !!!
  2. You guys ALL are the best. I felt comradery in the marines, i miss those years. Not many people "really get me" , that can be said of probably many of us. lol . here I feel comfortable to jump into conversation, add content, and just relate. I have no family on the Lascody side of my family. raised in orphanage. maybe looking for acceptance maybe not. cars are my passion. now being part of you my fellow friends and clubmates is a passion i have never experienced before. For that I thank you. Probably too much for this forum but what I'm trying to impart is Monte Carlo's, friendship, and regret for selling that car Greg. Ill sure never sell my two and the future ones that have yet to find they're way to me.. quitting now! 🤐
  3. My wife is STILL rolling her eyes. ha ha
  4. And can't ever have enough of my personal Favorite. the start of it all the Iconic 70 ... always looking for another. my wife is rolling her eyes !!!😎
  5. Ditto on decisions, and haunting decisions, so many have I had concerning my automobiles. But with that being said, I wouldn"t have bloo 402 if the owner hadn't as he put it"got bored". now I will say his choice of replacement was a 56 Ford pickup Customized....... Beauty Is In the eye of the beholder!!! And i'm still looking for a 71 and a 72 to complete my collection. FIRST GEN AND HOPELESSLY HOOKED!!!!!!!
  6. I too will take 1 strap sir let me also know the shipping cost to Eustis , Florida 32736. also how you want paid. probably just send cash to you address choice. guess let me know through private mail. still getting used to privacy and etiquette. thank you
  7. I've got plenty of those from dealership days, don't like. But the aluminum and shrink tubing fabrication is very nice. Great look! I'll try that also.
  8. Happy Mothers Day to our lady members. Also Happy Mothers Day to our members mothers, wives and daughters.
  9. beautiful car steve. as a new member also, Welcome, i'm loving it. saying a prayer for my fellow veteran his friends and family.
  10. Dtret's got me one set out, 👍
  11. sure haven't seen some of those in awhile! getting old! sure do remember them, the good ol days !!!
  12. radio looks cut but a very nice car. my current 2 aren't as perfect as I would like. would still add to my collection. just couldn't swing that price in this economy. still putting a crop in,
  13. no I don't have to pull the bumper to install guards. but I think the magnet trick could work. I have access to industrial ones, have fabricated several repairs and attachment fixes in the past on my farm equipment. I'm not being a smart Alek guys, just looking at a situation where I won't have to drill. and I can make sure they're placed correctly. Now I do believe that I'll have to at least loosen the rear bumper to install and correctly secure the missing rear bumper side seals. can't see a way to just slide them in behind the bumper and secure properly, but any suggestions are most greatly appreciated. I appreciate your comments, suggestions, and input. steve
