Paul. I can't Diagnose when the water is hot in my tea kettle. But when i was going through my gremlins i was told to change the regulator. I did but had the same problems, so i was told to change it again. i did again and it did the trick. 2 new regulators. Not saying its going to work but it did for me thanks to the guys here. I was starting to pull my hair out, thank God i got to keep some.

WE got hit today about 18 inches. The winds are still bad and kept blowing the fluffy snow back to where it was. Winds should stop some time tonight so i will go out and get it all done tomm. Spoke to all my kids and only have to go to one tomm after mine is done. Hopefully it will not be as windy and i can get it done. Hope everyone got by this storm ok?

Hey Dennis i didn't want any of this white stuff (not a fan)! Storm started last night as i was working. when i got home at 10pm there was only an inch. Got up this morning at 7:30am and there is 14+inches and storm is not going to stop until late tonight. Expecting up to 24 inches. I am dreading snow blowing and shoveling. We are all ok plenty of food and water, usually no problem with electric but have the generator just in case. lol Then after all my stuff i have to check my 3 kids houses. OOHH BOOY!!! Big Brown knew we were going to get hit hard. 2nd time in 30 years they shut operations down. We will get bombed on Mon. LOL Be safe everyone, this snow, cold, and wind are no joke!!! Double think everything when you need to go outside!!

I have an am/fm 8 track in my "W" code custom. When i purchased the car, she had no radio in the boxes of parts. I hunted at swap meets forever. I finally found one, the owner wanted over $900. Of course i didn't pay that, but he hooked it up to his van and everything worked. I needed to get one/it because the car was born with one. I haven't seen one since. I know that was alot but i justified it by saying i would only have to do it once. I am not a date correct guy just having the correct original part in/on the car and i am good.

I will ck all the cars tomm. But the 72 custom that was painted by my painter the color blue at the time, i asked him if that was correct and he said NO it should be black. So i had him repaint it black. I also, on the same car had the same problem on the rear window that the upholsterer told me it should be painted black. I didnt know at the time but found out later. Dennis tkx on that info about that tag, i also didnt know thats what they do.

All of mine are black, or look like they were black. Dennis what is that blue tag called, i dont think i have that on any of my cars?

Dennis maybe you can tell us from where you bought the resister, the brand and part number just in case someone needs it in the future. I for one never checked mine yet. LOL
