Dtret
Corned beef and cabbage for dinner tomorrow. I’ll post a picture. You’ll love the size of my plate. And there’s gonna be leftovers too. Maybe.

jft69z
Chicken French with Parsley potatoes & carrots. I should put this in the FGMCC cookbook, it's one of my favorite meals! All in honor of my new favorite Italian, St. Patrick 😁 - dip the chicken in a seasoned flour, soak it in a mix of scrambled eggs, parm cheese, garlic, parsley, then pan fry it in olive oil/minced onion & garlic. - fresh squeeze 5 lemons, add a dash of white wine & about 3/4 stick of butter, put in frying pan on high heat to reduce it for a few minutes, then soak chicken in the mix, constantly turning over. Potato's are loaded with onion, garlic, butter, parsley & some salt. Tasty!

Maybe we could add a beans and cabbage tray for the Awards Dinner at the Eastern Meet, it would certainly make for an interesting Saturday Evening of bench racing and members drive home the next day. rob
