Jared Richey
It runs and drives now. Should go pretty fast at this point. Kevin is off of work so we are going to take it advantage and help each other out over the next few weeks. That will blow this thing ahead of schedule.
Jared Richey
Yep. Boom Thanks to the help this week on Tuesday and Thursday from kevin I worked on it some more the last few days and almost have the body work done.
Leghome
Great to see you using a long block. it always irks me to see someone doing body work on these long panels with one of those 6" or 8" blocks and then cannot figger out why it is wavy down the sides. Leghome
Gotta have the 12" atleast And on our long fenders and quarters that might not be long enough

The long one is 24" and I just get the adhesive backed paper in rolls, the other is 16" and uses regular long board paper (or adhesive backed). The long one is just flexible enough to bend slightly if needed, but stiff enough to lay flat too.
Leghome
We sold a 36” last and year and the guy loves it. I don’t know if they still make or not. It was made or at least the name was MotorGuard or DuraBlock

Jared Richey
Modified the dash for Vintage Air I had an uncut rear defogger dash.. using it and adding the defog option. I have a rebuilt original gauge cluster on the way. Its all happening fast now. It'll be painted soon. Both doors are on and adjusted. Parts are arriving. The PUI pre assembled door panels have me nervous. They are shut down but were being made or done when they quit. Hopefully they get here soon
MCfan
Another plus of installing Classic Auto Air is that you don't have to whack the back of your glove box off like that ...
Jared Richey
But vintage air is great. Overall that's the only agitating mod to do. Cutting plastic sucks.
