I know that I have some. Let me check the chrome but I figure that they will probably have a have new rubber inserts. Don’t hold your breath while waiting. I seen some in my new batch of parts but have no idea what tote they are in. I only have about 40 totes to look back through. Be patient with me. Thanks

The fender mat is a great idea, I’ve had some extra top heavy humans lay them on the fender . Geez I said. Those things will dent my fender!!!!! Get them off please , , nice cars by the way ,,,:)

UPDATE!!!. Repaired wiring early Sunday morning while cool in attic, removed blower housing and motor, cleaned , then cleaned slope coil. Both were yucky and I replace filters regularly.. wife retired from hvac distributors , they had the blower relay circuit board in stock. Got wholesale price. Installed it this evening.. unit working great now.. we suspect it was the three power interruptions in a row the recc did that same day. On off on off on off bam bam bam. SURGE! Pow 💥 ⚡️.. was hot that day, seems to me they already can’t keep the grid working properly as they have discontinued coal generation. could have turned it into insurance but humidity terrible here this week so I went ahead and did the repairs myself.. and yes, we were very blessed we were home . Going to research a whole home surge protector!!. Thanks for the thoughts guys..

Hey Steve, if your not really talking to your friend that you lent the Monte to, he wasn't a real friend anyway. If he smacked your car up, he should of replaced it somehow. Thats a friend!!! Then you kick his Butt!!!!! As far as the bumper guards, (i don't have any) when you are looking for them make sure you are looking for the correct ones. I remember there was a small set and a large set, i don't think you are looking for the large set as they are too big!! Good Luck hunting!!

I have recently gotten my 70SSair compressor and should have my upgraded grille for the other 70 402, all from you my fellow club members. thank you I would like to put the word out that if any one could help me find at least one nice set of bumper guards I would be indebted. both my cars do not have them and Ibelieve that they really do set the vehicle off. probably can only afford 1 set at this time. probably going to be lucky to find a good set. never been through having something rechromed so was hoping to find a real nice set, but if not guess i'll learn. know that i'm enjoying reading all members interactions between each other. you guys are fantastic. thank you for having me. you all make me feel like family. note: my air force buddy also retired in tennesee just called and asked if i might be interested in a 71 bench seat small block slightly rusted roller his friend has. hey bill, i also am sorry for your loss and hope your doing good, loaned another 70 402 powder blue skirt gem i had wheni was younger, bought it back 3 times after having to sell it because of not being able to afford it, loaned to a friend to get to work on a monday. that friday he got drunk and ran it into several trees and parked into a house. cr was destroyed. he was ok except for his two front teeth. good thing the car got them, cause i would have. never was the same between us. I still have the skirts and the complete 402 engine and trans. i'll locate a picture one of these days and try to post. I really loved that car. bought it in 79. doa in 95. lesson, never loan out your best girl.

Hi All, Looking for a set of used side moldings and not at all cleaned up for my 70. I don't want it to clash with my old paint and other old trim. Also, the front valance I have is a little more hammered than I like but I don't want a brand new one. Maybe someone out there has a repository of old parts?? Thank you.
