  1. Sweet!! Gotta love when a plan comes together! Looks great! Can't wait to see further progress pics!!!
  2. Nice combo! I ask because my 70 SS "Big Red" has a 496, th400, 3.31 12 bolt. On 275/60r15 drag radials, all 4 rally wheels, to look stock, very similar combo, she goes 7.2 in the 1/8 which is 11.22 in the 1/4 so far. No disrespect meant or implied. I understand there are many other variables.
  3. Love the spare tire cover! Wonderful tribute!
  4. So sorry to hear this. Thoughts and prayers for his wife, family and friends. 😓
  5. Welcome Paul! Great find! Good luck with her!
  6. Glen, I see 2 pics of your baby. Love the creative license plate! Lolol
  7. Complete NOS set up on eBay right now. Look under 1970 Monte Carlo nos.
  8. Headlight bezel for 69 Camaro. Driver's side.
  9. Welcome back Jon! She looks pretty! More pics!!!
  10. You need everything pictured except the canceling cam itself as 1970mcss stated. But at that point it may be easier and cheaper just to buy the components you have pictured.
  11. Also g-bodys 442, Grand National, Monte Carlo SS, IROC Z, Z28, Trans Am, Formulas from the late 80s/ early 90s have quick ratio boxes also.
  12. What is fubar on your steering shaft?
  13. Like Aaron said, that was the optional wheel for a 70. The 71 and 72 optional wheel is a 4 spoke, option code nk4.
  14. Sweet! Looking good! Now the fun begins!!!!
  15. Very sorry to hear this news. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
  16. Just some FYI. The floorboards are all the same for all A-body GM cars. Ie- 68-72 Chevelle, Malibu, Monte Carlo, skylark,GS, cutlass, 442, tempest, lemans, GTO, Grand Prix. Don't want a pissing match on how the Monte and Grand Prix are G-bodies or A-body specials. For floorboard purposes, they are all the same.
  17. What's not alot of horsepower? They used 12 bolts in 300hp small blocks up to 450hp big blocks. The 70 and 71 402 cars had 330 and 300 hp with 12 bolts. All SS cars had 12 bolts. The only 10 bolt I would consider is an 8.5. Way more in parts selection than the 8.2 and just as strong as a 12 bolt, the 8.5. Remember the 12 bolt ring diameter is 8.75ish and the 8.5 is, well, 8.5. lolol
  18. Here is the ebay add that I purchased. The kit had everything. Your best bet. Good quality parts and good price. AND the highly recommended trutrac!
