Dtret
Joe and Gary. There are several different venders that sell them. I’m partial to The Parts Place in Illinois. Make sure that you get the correct sticker with the correct two letter code on it. Every engine has a different code.

Be helpful and find him the PP link that you're so partial to then. I also put in the part number into Google, that spit out the Muscle Car Central number real quick. They're a good vendor too. Search this for an 'AU' code label: 3994017 GM BTW Gary, the AU code is for a 1971 454 engine. Is that what you have?

It makes a difference if your car was produced before, or after January 1970. Also waiting on info from another member about some code info. In the mean time, this is what I found: It may be this DQ coded label, if before Jan 1970 (same code as on Glen's '70 SS): https://www.musclecarcentral.com/1970-Emission-Decal-Big-Block-3980210-with-DQ-Code-p/sti-620.htm https://www.classicindustries.com/product/dc902.html OPGI sucks, but here is a picture of it: https://www.opgi.com/decals/engine-compartment-decals/radiator-support-decal/decal-70-chevelleel-camino-emissions-396-350hp454-345-360-390hp-ed00969.html Or this AW label if built after January 1970: https://www.musclecarcentral.com/1970-Chevelle-Emission-Decal-454-with-360-HP-p/sti-4409.htm https://www.classicindustries.com/product/all-years/chevrolet/corvette/parts/DC443.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6cKiBhD5ARIsAKXUdyZF8PpGF4Hd1NaiXSDniHv6x7y3lSkKTMNkqaeZY2otXL0ue4GNWvkaAjDREALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

Thanks for a all the help….I’m a new member and so far this group has been great. Looks like you'll need the sticker with the 'DQ' code for the right side then. We try to help each other as much as we can here. Difference between here & the Facebook groups is we try to give accurate info with documentation to back up the suggestions (when possible). On FB you tend to get a lot of 'I think it's this', or just plain bad info. The exception is when some of our members from here will give the same, good info on FB posts as they do here. At least that's my experience with the FB groups. 26 minutes ago, Joslk1 said: What’s the sticker on the other side? That would be the coolant tag. GM 3979912. You could get that from Muscle Car central as well as the DQ label. https://www.musclecarcentral.com/1970-1971-Engine-Cooling-System-Decal-3979912-p/sti-461.htm https://www.classicindustries.com/product/all-years/chevrolet/camaro/parts/DC242.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6cKiBhD5ARIsAKXUdyagSkbm6MIdwtIIxFNAl5t317OL2cYG9gUZL49tEXGyxgsdXNTzGPUaAjbpEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
willie
Gary do you have your build sheet to your car????? ( i am just throwing this out there) All this info they just gave you is top notch and true. But if you have your B/S please check box #104 and see if it matches the "DQ" as Joe said. We were just having this discussion in a different thread and this would be more proof. Joselk1
I bought the car in Florida last Saturday…..the owner is delivering it to Michigan for me May 11th. Once I get it home the first thing I will do is look for the build sheet starting with the back seat. The interior looks to be original and the carpet also.

willie
Gary you don't have to go digging for the B/S for us. Just thought if he would of handed it to you, that would be more proof of what we were looking for. Tkx
