Glen Posted June 19, 2023 Share Posted June 19, 2023 Spent all day at a local show that I attended for the first time. Managed a 2nd Place in the ‘70’s Stock’ class. The “essentials” I brought with me (floor jack, tools, towels, detailing spray and cooler of beer and water) will need to be removed prior to judging at the next show as that’s what possibly killed my 1st place finish. Not to mention about half of those in attendance cleared out before awards were given, so no idea if they were still hanging around. The judges’ computers went down temporarily and people got tired of waiting for scores to be tallied. it was a long day and people likely had other plans for their Fathers Day. The guy next to me left before he was awarded 2nd Place in his class for his ‘65 GTO so I claimed it for him and will be sending it out tomorrow.
