  1. I agree, I don't remember mine being green, I think the boot that covers the wires might be missing
  2. That is good, it would be nice if you could pop in and come out all better. Hang in there and happy holidays!
  3. I'm not about the color question but I have a quote from a local trim shop here in my area that has a great reputation. They quoted 750 for labor and materials to replace my headliner. Mine has a 3 inch hole in it. Maybe next year's project
  4. Happy Black Monte Friday! I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.

  6. Wiilie, the mldg is: 72 buick electra rear fender skirt chrome trim (9605350) right side, 412665 fits 70's Buick and Oldsmobile. The relay comes up late 90 GM. Looks like Gm used it for many things, fuel relay and cooling fan relay, did he have a late 90's truck? I hope that helps

  9. My brother is taking two cars. I'll have to ask him what's involved. He told me it was 100 per car to get in but he's not getting judged. The money might cover passes to the show. I may try to get over there Sunday.

  12. I double checked my car, and sorry, I only have two wires. One from the distributor and one from the tach. My car had the points removed and a perontix unit put in. Again sorry, I was going from memory and it's not that good anymore.
  13. I have 3 wires to the negative side but I don't have points. The tach wire does go to the negative side.
  14. It looks like 3982493 is what shows in the parts catalog. They probably wrote the wrong number 7.865 SPACER— BRACKET— CUSHION— NUT— PAD ASSY.— RETAINER ASSY.— SHIM— WASHER, Bumper (Con't) 71 Monte Carlo (S.S.) ...................... 3982493 1 13.25 PAD ASSY., rear face bar ................. ..
