I got factory gm fittings. 4 from a member, 4 from a dealer in northern Ohio and 3 from a lift company in Michigan. So I have 7 extra to keep “in stock “ ( forum joke lol) and they fit the new line just fine. But the proof of that will be when I pressurize the system. Is there a GM part number for them? I'd like to locate some.

Dtret
So today, while still waiting on parts from USPS, I did a little rehab on the compressor. It’s not Dan quality but I think it turned out ok. ( brackets are drying and waiting on isolators)

Dtret
Does this look ok. Never done this before. I used all the original shims and original ring and pinion just changed the carrier. I have a friend with a dial indicator who’s supposed to come over. That was two weeks ago and still waiting. I got impatient and did it myself but it may be too tight. Your thoughts please. Thanks
Steady Rollin Man
The coast side looks good. A little hard to tell on the drive side. With that being the only for sure way to rest easy before sealing it up is to put a dial indicator on it so you know your within the .008 - .010 spec. Keep up the good work its really coming along! 👍
Dtret
I’m getting ahead of myself. I wish I had the engine. I am getting impatient again dropped it off November 9th. But at least I can dry fit the engine bay.
