jft69z Posted September 9, 2022 Share Posted September 9, 2022 Especially since it's a '72, the SS emblems are useless. Can't even be considered a 'clone' car, since 72 never had them. The 72 Custom package was independent of the engine choice. I have seen plenty of them on the internet. Anyway, I really like the looks of it. I can remember when our member brought the 427 Blue Monte to the show at the last minute and some people that were looking at it said "yeah, just a few got out of the factory this way" .... Also, you are mistaken when you say that in 72 the only Monte that could get a 454 was a Custom.
