The negotiations are ongoing and I only have a few remaining things to finish tying up the any loose ends. As soon as everything is locked up that information will be posted here. I will also be starting numerous threads regarding the 2024 Eastern Meet. I am going to try to do it this way to make it easier to find information on individual items rather than things all in the same thread. The General Manager says if we fill those rooms she will do everything in her power to add rooms as needed. They have suggested members reserve their rooms early because if we fill the block early it will give her a reason to go to the owner to get more rooms added as needed. Hotel information and room rates are listed below. You will need to call the hotel direct because these prices will not be available through the Marriott.com website. Please keep in mind, I plan to arrive on Tuesday and have club activities starting that afternoon. I am planning activities in the surrounding areas on Wednesday and Thursday with possible activities including maybe Gettysburg, Lancaster, Pa in the Amish area. This is just a couple possibilities, I am still researching possibilities so keep this in mind when planning your arrival date.
